Pros: Great opportunities to learn a lot of thing like Good Manners, Disciplines, Knowledge, Technical Skill. I realize in Company very comfort and agressive to my work. This makes me as very professional. some people ask that company is bad. But i don't agree this point. This is why i feel proud on this company because i gained a lot of knowledge and work experience from this company. I have taken advance salary at many times from this company.
Cons: Management take some decisions and they always want to grow company in economically and socially.
